Like everything in the world Real Estate is constantly evolving and in all reality you must change with it or you will be left out of the loop and of course no one wants that. Now this is where Social Networking comes in. I know a lot of people in this day and age really don’t like face to face communication and it’s something that truly terrifies them. Or even if you are on the other side of the spectrum and you have the “gift of gab” but really there are only so many hours in the day, this is where electronic social networking comes into play. And YES this can and should be utilized when dealing with Real Estate – either a consumer or a provided (that means, yes even agents/brokers need to use Social Networking). Now since one can only take a specific number of hours out of one day, you need to be able to update and network with others in a very focused manner and automated manner. Heck who doesn’t like automation. I have be tooling around with an APP called hoot suite and it can be found at www.hootsuite.com and I have to say I am pleasantly pleased. Now I am not endorsing this one APP as the crown glory that will solve all your worries about social networking, but this APP should help a whole lot.
I encourage each and every person to reach out into the social networking universe and truly take a piece of the pie. Buyers can use social networking to find homes that are NOT listed on the MLS and for once you can buy the home you always wanted. Sellers can use social networking to sell their home without having to pay the ridiculas prices on for sale by owner websites. I mean come on people why pay for something when you can do it for yourself for free.
Now don’t get me wrong I believe sites like those have a place in this world but you still need to take advtange of the tools out there. If I may I would suggest what I believe to be the TOP 5 networking sites you need to start right now!

Now after you have started these accounts up you absolutely need to posts, tweet or so whatever you need to to start making connections.
