So today’s post is short and to the point.
A word of caution to home buyers and sellers a like. When you have found the home of your dreams and you begin to move forward with purchasing the home I would be sure to ask what appliances or fixtures will be coming with the house. Now you may think that this is a silly question to ask but I encourage you to do so.
Why you ask? I would ask this question because anything that is not a primary structure to the home can be removed, replaced or altered. So be sure to ask for a full disclosure of all the appliances and fixtures that will be staying. Heck I would even take photographs. You don’t want to sign all the papers and than move in to find that the oven, lights and refrigerator are different or missing in general. Trust me, ask for a disclosure.
The same goes for sellers. I would recommend that sellers disclose to their potential buyers of everything that will be staying in the home. You don’t want any hick ups at closing.

Happy buying, selling or investing – there has never been a better time to start than now!
