I figure it’s Friday Night (well almost Saturday) and I ran across this video and I forgot how much I love it. If you haven’t watched it, you need to! I actually have the video playing in another window as I write this post, I’m doing this for inspiration. In the title I stated that all of us who are involved or who desire to be involved in the Real Estate world or market need to be like this drummer because we have to think out side the box when it comes to achieving the goals we have set forth. We need to strive to be unique in our search or in our selling or in our marketing of a home we have listed to sell.

Remember everyone is doing the same old thing and you need to set yourself apart. As well, we can’t be afraid to be ourselves and let that style, thinking or marketing style out. If it works than why not do it. My Monster Marketing approach is very different but it sure is successful! **NOTE: if you want to know what my MONSTER MARKETING PLANS are you NEED to CALL me! ** So I challenge you next time you get in the rut of the same old same old think to yourself “how would this crazy drummer approach this” and then act because remember a great idea isn’t really great until it’s put into action.
