A very Happy Lord’s Day to you all. The above video really touches the point I’d like to make today on this lovely Sunday here in Hollywood, South Florida. As always this is Eduardo (Eddie) Acevedo of Superior Real Estate Team of Re/Max.

I surely do hope you watched the entirety of the video above and I pray it made you realize that you should never give up on something that you have set out to complete.

Now this blog focuses of course on Real Estate and the many parts of Real Estate but this video really does apply to the motivation and willingness to fight that must be instilled in each and every person who desires to be a part of the “race” which is Real Estate.

Heck, I have gone through times where I felt like deals were falling apart and that all was coming to an end but I remembered that I have set a goal for myself and I will achieve it. You should think the same way.

When it comes to Real Estate, this market can be tricky to handle and truly understand, so I encourage you to constantly be on point with keeping up with what’s going on it. As well, if you’ve got your home listed for sale and you don’t see any action than rather than take it off the market why don’t you rethink your plan of attack. This may be anything from taking new photographs of your home or even marketing it entirely different.

Simply put I don’t want any of you to give up on a well planned and sound plan you have put into action. Just as in the video you may need someone to help you along the way and you know that is completely fine but never stop moving.

In addition, the same goes for the buyers or investors in this crazy market. The buyers and investors need to rethink their plan of attack and go after the homes they want. Don’t let someone tell you “oh those homes don’t exist anymore.” That’s crap and you and I know it. Rethink your plan and KEEP moving!!

ImageAs Thomas Edison stated “Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.”

So DON’T give up!

Well that’s all for today, sweet short and to the point. Have an amazing rest of the week and until tomorrow this is Eduardo (Eddie) Acevedo of Superior Real Estate Team of Re/Max.
